Phillip turns 21 years old and first day back to work

Phillip turned 21 years old today in this hour and near this time, he was born in the local hospital.  My first child and my golden boy he has always been.

They are both back for a short period of time and its so nice having them home.

Desirae has been gone for two weeks at the summer camp, and Phillip's surgery went well. Grateful he is okay, School is winding down, and I am so ready for summer time and time to relax.

Mack is becoming more beautiful and he has stolen my heart. Desdemona is still my own personal favorite. I need to spend more time with the puppies.  The cats are an adventure that brings out laughter in me.

The four chickens are well, and Bob made them a moveable chicken house with a play yard.   They are red 20 week old hens.  Lenny, Squiggly, Laverene, and Shirley are their names.

First summer of my life with both of the two children gone and doing their own thing.  I have graduate school stuff to keep me busy this summer, and the Huskies are enough. Hoping to get to spend some quality time with my parents.  Looking forward to quiet time with my husband, and time to clean house.

Just enjoying summer is my greatest hope.

The time for Desirae to leave is fast approaching.  We have spent two great Saturday evenings at my parents home playing cards. Enjoy getting to spend some time with my parents. Love my family.

One more month before Desirae leaves for the summer to work for YLA.   Phillip will be home in Mid-May so that will help keep me occupied for the summer.
Snowy Day.  Hopefully the Easter Snow, and it will be the last one.  Huskies are outside and it was cold taking them outside this morning.

First day of a new year, and some of the puppies eyes have opened.   Lovely  they are, and I wish I could keep them all.
